The other week, I was checking my Instagram feed and came across some memes that essentially encouraged people with depression to give up and that nothing they do will matter.

We have the power of choice. What we choose determines our health and our mental health. What we eat, what we do, how we choose to think, how we choose to respond, and the intentions we set play a huge role in our lives.
